Healthy Active Lifestyle Coaching

Donna strives to provide positive experiences that will help you learn, or continue to develop, the skills and fitness necessary to reach your goals and reap the benefits of leading a healthy, active, lifestyle.

Resistance/Strength Training

Gain strength, power, and range of motion. Donna can provide personalized instruction and design a program to help you meet your goals. Sessions can take place on-line, in your home, or in the gym.  Group sessions may also be arranged.

Cross-country Skiing

Whether you have never been on cross-country skis, or want to improve your technique, Donna has experience teaching and coaching both classic and skate ski techniques. You will learn to glide with ease while having fun!

Endurance Sport Coaching

Donna brings many years of personal competitive experience and professional preparation to help you achieve your performance goals.  She can work with you to design a plan to train for running and/or cross-country skiing events.  Donna has worked with athletes both in-person and on-line.

Design Your Adventure

What is your passion? Hiking, snowshoeing, paddling, swimming, biking?  Would you like to plan a multi-day adventure? Donna loves to “play outside.”  She can help you prepare for whatever “fuels your fire.” Be sure to check the “Classes & Events” tab for upcoming scheduled adventures.
